Record Store Day 2020

Greetings Truckers. In light of the ongoing international Coronavirus outbreak the tough decision has been made by the organisers of Record Store Day to postpone the event until 20th June.

This decision was made with the health and safety of both RSD customers and staff in mind and reflects the global concerns regarding the virus outbreak. Obviously this is a huge blow to all the shops, record labels, artists and distributors who have been working hard towards the date but we hope we can make the new June date and even bigger celebration of indie record stores!

Information is still coming in to us and obviously the situation is still very changeable so we may find that the titles on the product list change between now and June. For those who have already sent in their wants lists, we have these on file so thanks! For everyone else we ask you to hang fire and we’ll start the whole process again nearer the time.

Always the optimists we’re looking forward to what should be the sunniest RSD yet, plus having more time to plan will give us a chance to make sure the day really goes off with a bang! For now stay safe, Keep on Truckin’ and Wash yer hands!

We’ll have more info on what we have planned for the big day coming soon but for now we’re looking for your feedback. To help us with the ordering process we’re encouraging you to have a browse through the list of available titles and let us know what you’re hoping to find on our shelves. Filling out a wants list is not a reservation or guarantee, RSD rules are pretty clear on this, but it will help us in deciding which titles to stock and in what quantities

We’ll have printed lists and forms to fill in available in-store or you can download a PDF of the full list here: 2020 List

and then use the contact form below to tell us which titles you’d sell your granny for!
