Yesterday everyone in Oxford heard some great and some terrible news courtesy of Trophy Wife. They released their brand new album via Bandcamp - which is very exciting, but they also announced that they are calling it day - which is a heavy blow. They’ve always been a band with infinite promise, so it’s a great shame that they’re cutting us off here. I’m sure this won’t be the last you hear from them as individuals, and Kit’s Safehouse Studio is a treasure in itself.
But for now you can pay-what-you-like for the album, and then make sure you head along to their last ever gig at the O2 (w/ Motherhood, Kill Murray and Limbo Kids). - Tickets are available from here. It should be a gig to remember.
Thanks guys.

As of right now, we’ve made it much easier for you to have the Truck Store experience online. You can now order any of our in-store stock items, recommended albums or even pre-order forthcoming releases and request one-off items through our website! That’s one small step for Truck Store…
We are using the magic of PayPal to facilitate the payments, so just email us your order and we’ll send you an invoice, you click pay, and then we’ll send them straight out. Magic! Any enquires before ordering just drop us a preliminary email or phone us.
Here’s a list of what’s coming up on our now famous stage. This list will be updated and have a perma-link on our home page, so now you have no excuse to miss out on what’s going on.
There’s A few more things in the pipeline yet that we’re still firming up the details of, but as soon as we can let you know we will.
Well, we’ve all caught our breath and everything has calmed down from the biggest day of the music retail year. Record Store Day was a fantastic day for us and we’d like to thank everyone who visited us on the day. While many of the titles sold out pretty quickly there’s still a fair few lines available. We’ve consolidated our remaining stock and have put together the list below.
